## Services

### Forest Bathing
Guided walks adapted from the Japanese practice of shinrin-yoku ("bathing in the atmosphere of the forest"). Participants are invited to slow down, engage all five senses, and reconnect with the natural world. Walks are open to individuals and groups and are held in natural settings in and around Nashville. No hiking experience required.

### Psychotherapy
Individual therapy offered by Georgia Bromehead, A/LPC-MHSP. Sessions are relational, somatic, and experiential — integrating body awareness, nervous system regulation, archetype, and meaning-making. Georgia works with clients navigating anxiety, depression, disconnection, perfectionism, numbness, and trauma. Free consultations available.

Georgia Bromehead is Nashville's first practicing certified Forest Therapy Guide, credentialed through the Association of Nature and Forest Therapy (ANFT). She is a licensed psychotherapist (A/LPC-MHSP) who weaves together nature-based and somatic approaches to support deep healing and self-connection.
